SSD series IQF tunnel freezer is a simple-structured, stable-performing, and versatile high-efficiency freezing device. Depending on the type of conveyor belt, it can be divided into SSD-W mesh belt tunnel freezer, SSD-B plate belt tunnel freezer, and SSD-C impact tunnel freezer.
Applications
SSD-W mesh belt tunnel freezer is suitable for quick freezing of seafood, poultry, pasta, vegetarian food, seasoning packs and other products.
SSD-B plate belt tunnel freezer is suitable for handling high-moisture, soft, fluid-like food products.

Features
The insulation body of the freezer is made of double-sided stainless steel polyurethane sandwich panels, and the internal polyurethane is injected and foamed with a high-pressure foaming machine imported from abroad.
The conveyor mesh belt is made of 304 stainless steel spring wire, being pressed and formed. It has a smooth surface, long service life, and is equipped with a high-quality frequency converter for stepless speed regulation.
The evaporator adopts a three-inlet, three-outlet welding design to enhance refrigeration efficiency. The fins are designed with variable fin spacing to ensure continuous and efficient freezing.
The ventilation system adopts axial flow fans with fully enclosed, low-temperature resistant, moisture-proof, and waterproof motors. It is efficient, energy-saving, low-noise, and operates smoothly. The motor blades are made of anti-rust aluminum alloy, and the fan casing and protective cover are made of stainless steel. The air circulation is smooth, resulting in excellent freezing effects.
